Data deletion instructions

1. Overview

BRANDVERTISE AGENCY operates Brandvertise at brandvertise.net. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, including data related to Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and other connected platforms. Meta App Dashboard and similar reviews may link to this URL as our data-deletion instructions.

2. How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@brandvertise.net from the email address on your Brandvertise account, with subject line: Account deletion request.
  2. Include your account email and, if known, your brand name(s) inside Brandvertise.
  3. Optionally disconnect social accounts first (Meta, Pinterest, etc.) from in-app settings or publishing connect flows so third-party tokens are revoked immediately.

We aim to confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion of personal account data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons (for example payment invoices issued by BRANDVERTISE AGENCY).

3. What we delete

  • Account profile identifiers tied to your login (subject to retention notes below).
  • Brand kits, uploaded assets, generated drafts, and calendar plans associated with your account.
  • OAuth tokens and connection metadata for Meta, Pinterest, and other publishing integrations we store for you.

4. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) data

If you authorized Brandvertise to access Facebook or Instagram, deleting your Brandvertise account (or disconnecting Meta in-app) removes the tokens and related connection records we hold. Content already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account remains on Meta's platforms under your control; remove those posts directly in Meta's apps if needed.

You may also remove Brandvertise's access from Facebook Settings → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Instagram equivalent), which revokes our API access independently of account deletion.

5. What we may retain

We may retain anonymized or aggregated analytics, security logs for a limited period, and billing records required for accounting and tax compliance under the name BRANDVERTISE AGENCY. Those records are not used for marketing and are kept only as long as legally necessary.
