Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Brandvertise (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted brand and marketing platform. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website and application.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information (such as name, email) when you sign in.
  • Brand and business content you provide (copy, images, website URLs, preferences).
  • Usage and technical data (device, browser, logs) to operate and secure the service.
  • Social publishing connections: when you connect accounts for scheduling, we receive tokens and profile metadata from our publishing partner to post on your behalf — not your social network password.
  • Pinterest (Marketing Studio): if you choose to connect Pinterest, we use Pinterest's OAuth service. We do not ask for or store your Pinterest password. With your permission, we receive encrypted access and refresh tokens, and may retrieve pins, boards, and search results from your Pinterest account to display inspiration in Marketing Studio and to let you use a pin as a visual reference when generating creatives.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the product.
  • Generate and schedule content according to your brand settings.
  • Display Pinterest inspiration in Marketing Studio and generate on-brand creatives when you choose a pin as a reference.
  • Authenticate you and prevent abuse.
  • Communicate about your account or important service updates.

4. Sharing with service providers

We use trusted processors (for example cloud hosting, authentication, AI, social publishing APIs, and Pinterest's API when you connect Pinterest) under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share Pinterest data with third parties except as needed to operate the features you request or as required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. Pinterest tokens are stored in encrypted form and removed when you disconnect Pinterest or delete your account. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure.

6. Your choices

You may update brand settings in the app, disconnect publishing integrations, disconnect Pinterest from Marketing Studio, or request account deletion by contacting us. Where applicable law provides rights (access, correction, deletion), you may exercise them by contacting us.
